In pursuance of developing networks with other public and research libraries, Defence Public Library has established affiliation / association with two top libraries of the country to facilitate its members. This include HEC National Digital Library for access to its vide range ebooks collection and membership card acceptance at Quaid-e-Azam Library.

HEC National Digital Library is a programme to provide researchers  within public and   private universities in Pakistan and non-profit  research and development organizations with access to international scholarly literature based on electronic (online) delivery, providing access to high quality, peer-reviewed journals, databases, articles and E-Books across a wide range of disciplines. Around 75,000 number of electronic content has been made available through the Digital Library Programme.

Quaid-e-Azam Library is a high profile of research and reference library open to all scholars and post-graduate students. It is situated in the pleasant atmosphere of Lawrence Garden (Bagh-e-Jinnah) Mall Road, Lahore.
