Book Borrowing
All members of DPL are entitled to borrow books. Borrowing privileges may differ depending on membership category. The borrowing privileges are as under:-

Collection of about 1,000 E-Books (in PDF format) are available in Computer section of library.
Computers / Internet
A more attractive facility for members is internet Section, which has 12 work stations having branded fast computers. Library is offering free internet access to its members. The internet is an important source toward meeting our mission of providing users with current information, educational materials and life long learning opportunities. Users can also have access to National Digital Library which contains a wide range of online resources.
Wifi
The library offer free wireless wi-fi internet access from laptops and other devices.
AV Room
Fully Equipped air-conditioned Multimedia Room is used for Lectures/Events/ Seminars.
Reading Halls
Reading Halls & Air conditioned Ladies Room, Senior Citizen Room & Reference Section with the total seating capacity of 300.
Children Section
Children Section has a large collection of picture books, story books and fictional / non fictional books which offers great early learning opportunities.
